With reference to paragraph 2 of Lord
Passfield's despatch No.237 of the 19th August, 1930, and
-in continuation of my despatch No.374 of the 26th June,
1934, I have the honour to report that the number of
Muitsai on the Register on the 30th November, 1934, was
